Orders are sent from our headquarters in Sydney using Flat Rate Shipping AUSTRALIA WIDE via Australia Post:
$7.50 for standard tracked delivery 
$12 for express post

Express: 1-2 business days Australia wide*

Dispatch Timeframes:
All orders before 1pm on weekdays will be dispatched same day. 
Excluding Public Holidays and periods of high demand. If there is a delay in dispatching orders we will communicate this via email or our website.


We will immediately replace or refund any goods that are damaged, broken or faulty. If you believe a product to be faulty please email us at We will require the order number and evidence of the fault (such as a photograph). Return requests must be received within 10 days of delivery.
We also offer returns in exchange for store credit if you change your mind. To be eligible for a change of mind return, you must email us at within 28 days of receipt of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the items. Please note that your item must be in a saleable condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging. You will be liable for all postage costs. Risk in the item remains with you until we receive it, so we suggest registered and insured post.
